Where possible, we work to a 2 week SLA (or 10 working days in other words) for processing PerfectDraft keg returns.

There are, however, factors that can increase this timescale within the current process - such as:

  • Failed home collections
  • Extended transit time from the courier
  • Increased volume of returns (which we do love to see - just takes a little longer to process)
  • Peak sales periods (such as Father's Day and Christmas)

If you are experiencing a delay, the best way to help us speed up the return is to provide us with your account email address and the tracking number (if you used Collect+).
