Only Part Of My Order Has Arrived

If you're a PerfectDraft customer and you've recently received a delivery, but only part of your order has arrived, don't worry - this is a common occurrence and is referred to as a "split delivery." Split deliveries can happen for a number of reasons, including simply because the items were packaged separately. In some cases, boxes can also get separated during sorting and loading at the courier depots.


If you've received a split delivery, there are a few things you can do to ensure that you receive the rest of your order:


Check your delivery confirmation: If you received a delivery confirmation email, check to see if you have a further tracking number. This will give you an idea of whether or not you should expect another delivery.


Contact PerfectDraft customer service: If you haven't received any communication regarding a split delivery, or if you're unsure about the status of your order. We will be able to tell you whether or not your order has been split, and when you can expect the rest of your items to arrive.


 In most cases, the rest of your order should arrive within a few days.
