Express Credit is a new process we are trialing for our Refill+ subscription customers where you will receive the credit for your kegs within 24 hours of drop off/collection. 

  1. Log into your account



  2. Go to the Keg Returns Hub


  3. You will see a blue express credit banner in the Keg Returns Hub: click “Get Express Credit”



  4. You will see a mobile verification pop up. Enter your mobile number and click “send code”:



  5. You will receive a text message with a code. Enter this code into the lower box and click “Validate my account”



  6. You will then see a success notification.

  7. Express credit is now verified and you can go ahead and create a new return








While we’re trialling this new feature, we have limited express credit returns to:

  • Only one express credit return at a time (Once we have processed all your kegs and parcels you will be able to use express credit again.)
  • A maximum of 12 kegs in an express credit return
