Yes, you can still use your PerfectDraft Pro without connecting it to the app!
However you won't be able to adjust the temperature remotely, extend your temperature range to 0-12 degrees, or receive any remote updates we make to improve how the machine functions.
Not to mention you'll miss out on all the great features the App has to offer!
